  001.   This is a semi-private multimuse writing and role play blog for muses of my own canon, the Tamed God series. Being semi-private means I will not follow everyone that follows me; this is to ensure that I do not feel or become overwhelmed with the amount of movement on the dashboard and interactions to be drafted and / or responded to. That being said, if I follow you, I am looking to interact. There are no hard feelings if the follow is not returned, but i will typically unfollow non-mutuals after a short period of time. I will break mutuals via softblocking if we do not end up plotting or interacting after a while.  002.   This blog (particularly its main canon) will explore darker and more mature themes including but not limited to murder, rape, genocide, systemic classism / racism, torture, religious themes, perceived auditory and visual hallucinations, and mental / emotional abuse and manipulation. Because of these themes, as well as because I am pushing past my thirties, this blog is not minor friendly and will only interact with anyone twenty-one or older. If no age is posted in your rules or on your blog, I will not interact.  003.   I am more than happy for personal / non-role play blogs to follow and interact with me. Personals are welcome to ask questions and like / reply to posts, including in character interactions. The only thing I ask is that lore posts and character interaction threads not be reblogged. While I am actively working on the manuscript for this series and am happy to share the lore here, I would prefer it not leave this blog for the time being. Reblogging in character threads also tends to throw off the notification chain, and may also make the other parties involved uncomfortable.

  004.   Pre-established relationships are my bread and butter, so some plotting before writing is preferred, though not mandatory. I am interested in building relationships of all kinds on this blog, including platonic, familial, hostile, romantic, or otherwise. In regards to romantic shipping in particular, chemistry and plotting of some kind is preferred in order for me to have a decent grasp on how to properly interact. As a follow up, there will be no romantic shipping of any kind with underage characters; all of my muses are typically written at or above eighteen years of age, which leaves no room for anything beyond completely platonic interactions. Smut will not be present on this blog, but suggestive content will be, and is tagged appropriately. NSFT content can be found at @untamedgod.  005.   All the normal rules of role play etiquette are asked of you / expected to be followed on this blog. Plagiarism, godmodding, forced shipping, demanding replies, and ignoring of these written rules will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to hardblock anyone that disregards these boundaries, as well as the right to update / reinforce said boundaries as needed.  006.   I do follow the practice of having mains and exclusives. This means that writers marked as my mains (listed under connections) will take priority in terms of response time and interactions, and have plotted more extensively with me out of character. Becoming a main is just a matter of speaking out of character, plotting more in depth, and regular in character interactions on the dash. Exclusives are marked in regards to portrayals of canon characters, and mean I will only write with that person's portrayal of said character. Like with mains, extensive plotting / interacting is required for exclusivity to be considered.

  007.   In terms of interacting, the easiest way to get started is by sending me an ask. My inbox memes never expire, and so you may peruse my tag and send anything in that you would like (*discounting shipping memes, requirements stated in 004.). Outside of that, the next best thing is to send me a private message! I am more than happy to exchange ideas and talk a little before interacting if that helps you feel comfortable. I do not use a lot of heavy formatting in my interactions, typically only small text and sometimes a 75x75 icon. Occasionally I will use large or colored text to exaggerate words or phrases. haru grew up in the forests of pavisia, being granted the title of 'scout' when she came of age. this meant that it was her duty to the clan to help safely search and spread to new territories around their region. while she took the work seriously, she couldn't help but feel disappointed that she wasn't chosen as a warrior for her people, as her father had been. while not a terrible fighter, she lacked the physicality and skill needed to be passed into such a role, no matter how often she trained. so instead she respected the obligations granted to her, scouting and spying and hunting. these things came easy to her, naturally able to follow through with these labors due to learning them from her mother early on. it was in completing her usual tasks, however, that led her to experience an event that would alter the course of her life.It was during the barren months, cold and snowy, when haru would have an eventful run-in with none other than xiaolong, the crown prince of pavisia. having been tracking a deer through the foliage for a good while, haru knew it would have fed her family for longer than the scraps they normally dined on in the bare months. it was run off, however, by loud rustling in the brush; and when xiao appeared through the snowy fog, haru's anger got the best of her. lunging directly at the other, she pinned him down, driving her spear deep into his chest. if she were to have no deer for her family — for her people — then his meat would have to suffice. the scuffle was rough as the man effortlessly threw her off, knocking the wind out of her, and putting hands on his weapon. then, all went dark.

haru awoke in the snow, a thin layer coating her body. deep red blood staining the white landscape beneath her; what had happened here? cold, hungry, and confused, haru slowly made the trek back to her settlement. when she arrived emptyhanded, she offered a deep apology to her family, who just seemed shocked to look upon her. though she couldn't remember how it happened, it was quickly pointed out that haru had a huge jagged scar across half her face, from the edge of her left cheek up to the top of her head. concerned, her family immediately asked what happened, though she honestly was unable to answer. it was truly all a blackened blur; there had been a deer... then a man. a man that looked awfully familiar as a royal squadron entered their encampment.at the head of the regiment stood the crown prince, xiaolong — though haru couldn't quite remember why she felt such familiarity to him (nor could she place why hostility began to fester within her). he was speaking with the elders of the clan, taking in the sights around them, until golden eyes locked onto her grey ones. he stopped talking for a moment, his words trailing off as a brief look of shocked confusion crossed his pale face. his gaze lingered on haru for a moment, before his attention was turned back to business, continuing to speak as if nothing had happened. wary of this interaction, and with a feeling of some hostility resting in her gut, haru thought it best to make herself scarce. climbing atop her panther steed, rokka, she disappeared off into the woods and into the night.

as she rested lakeside, contemplating the day's events, there was a rustling behind her. glaive in hand, haru whipped around only to see xiaolong himself appear out of the foliage. with a huge stag slung over his shoulders he stood tall, an intrigued expression on his face as he watched her. heaving the stag's body down at her feet, he explained that he'd seen her hunting — though he did not offer any insight into the scar that had appeared across haru's face. he was... chatty. he kept asking questions about her as if they were already on friendly terms, flashing her the smile of a politician trying to win someone over. and while he hid it fairly well, haru sensed a frustrated disappointment about it when he was finished prying. when she called rokka from the woods to head home, however, he blocked her path.after speaking with the elders, apparently an agreement had been made to allow xiao to take haru back to the capital as a liaison of the beastkin. frowning, haru made it plain that she had no interest in going to the capital, whether on her own terms or with the monarchy. there was a twinge of irritation about the prince that flashed in his eyes, before his composure relaxed. he explained that the accord had already been struck, and that they would set out for the seat of the country come first light. the stag he'd slain was a peace offering to haru; we will feed your people, and you will come with us. xiao refused to hear anymore arguing, disappearing back into the dark as haru spat anger back at him. but no matter how much vitriol was slung, it seemed she had no choice; she was heading for lodrorn whether she liked it or not.

being raised as royalty in the heart of the pavisian empire was about as lavish a lifestyle one could lead — and that's exactly how xiaolong grew up. second son of the great king li'junlong, xiao could have anything he wanted; toys, fine clothes, exotic luxuries were all available to him from birth to present — and even the seat of the throne was offerend when his divinity began to show through. starting at a young age, the prince was trained in all the skills he'd need; etiquette, politics, public speaking, swordsmanship, languages. the greatest weapon masters of the realm were brought together to train him for war, just as they had for his older brother, and his mother taught him what she could about the use and extent of his divine powers. it was with all these tools that he was tasked to grow the dynasty's influence, leading him to the outskirts of the country to a forest settlement called rtali.the woods were thick and unfamiliar, covered in snow and unfamiliar sounds — much different than the woods his family hunted in back home. even with the daylight flickering through the trees, the powdery snow billowing around made for low visibility. in search of a water source for the squadron traveling with him, xiao pushed through the leafage, unbothered by the noise breaking the silence of the area. unbothered, however, until a large stack darted right past him, and a humanoid shape knocked him straight to the ground. the power of his divinity pulsed out of him on contact, but to his shock it seemed to have no effect on this creature, who made quick use of their weapon by stabbing him in the chest. irritated with the splinter now lodged near his heart, he threw her off of him. before they could launch another attack, however, his battleaxe had split her head clean in two.

blood and brains now spilt across the disturbed snow, xiao wiped his weapon clean, staring at the creature now crumpled before him. he still struggled to fathom why his divine power failed to snuff out this beastkin — this animal. and yet... she was dead now. perhaps he had just been caught off guard — been unprepared. how careless. regrouping with his unit soon after, the formation made there way into the inner encampment of the rtali. it was a... quaint spot; very rugged and rural. wanting to waste no time in this rustic place, his group made their way to the head ot the camp, speaking with the elders about the war efforts and division of the country's people. this conversation was a long one, the elders distractedly walking him through camp as they debated. through his frustration with the discord, however, a familiar face stuck out in his view.there, standing on the other edge of the camp, was the girl who'd attacked him — the creature he'd slain. how? he could not hide the brief strike of shock and bewilderment that crossed his face, his amber eyes searching her grey ones for any sense of acknowledgment or recognition. his attention was shifted, however, as the clan elders led him along back into their den. no longer able to focus on the true reason he'd come, he asked about the girl. he learned that she came from a long line in their clan, and was a scout in service. he learned that she rode atop a giant panther, an animal she considered to be family. a lot of boring details about this woman were offered — but nothing on why she would have been able to defy his abilities. wanting to learn more about this creature who couldn't die, he proposed an offer to the clan; his family feeds them for the winter, and in exchange she goes with him.

as the sun set and the woods grew dark, xiao set out alone to find this unkillable rtalian, a large, freshly killed stag resting on his shoulders. as he approached, he could just make out the shape of someone on the lake's shore through the dim light of his lamp. a prickle ran up his spine as the creature sharply turned its sights on him, its eyes glowing in the darkness. these creatures... really weren't human. his uncertainty and disdain slowly morphed into curiosity as he dropped the stag at the other's furry feet. having figured she'd been hunting when they'd first met, he explained this was his peace offering. when questioned about her scar, however, he feigned ignorance, instead redirecting the conversation towards her. no matter how many questions he asked — and how annoyed she was obviously becoming — he was still left disappointed. and as she made to leave, he stepped in her way.sharing with her the agreement he'd struck with her clan's elders, xiao could plainly see that she was quite unhappy having been pawned off to the circumstances. she was so... combative, refusing him to the point that it was really beginning to vex him. his brows furrowed in agitation for but a moment before he composed himself, ever the diplomat. putting it in the simplest terms he could for her simple beastkin brain, xiao made it very plain that whether she liked it or not, she'd be traveling with him and his unit back to the capital come dawn. growing tired of hearing her belligerent retorts, xiao waved a flippant hand to signify he was through with the conversation, turning his back on her and stalking off back into the woods. he could still hear her snarling at him as he moved through the brush, contemplating how the journey would go come daybreak.

A deer beastkin whose genes are more variegated, causing him to appear malformed. Right eye is that of a deer, and streaks of fur cut jaggedly through his face. Has skinny, elongated limbs, and the ears and antlers of his animal half. He is an outcast of both beastkin and humans alike, living alone in the southern woods. A very quiet, private man, even amongst Haru and the group when they begin traveling together. Expert marksman. Haru calls him "Rune", and she's the only one he allows to call him that. The pair are very close.

Former noble knight of the Aukeston royal chapter, now a nomadic healer traveling all over Relogae. When his wife passed away while in labor, and he lost his child not long after from health complications, Elias became aimless. Only when he found his wife's journals on medicine and healing magic did he seek out new purpose, eventually joining Haru's troupe as their main healer.
